``I can not say enough about what an outstanding business Sam and Brian run. From the first phone call, to the inspection and the eventual drop off and pick up they both were an absolute delight to deal with and put me at ease every step of the way. My two schnauzers had never been to away care largely due to being such different characters - a 7 year old boy who lives for his walks and a rather difficult nature and a 4 year old girl with princess tendencies. Not only did MidTown handle them with ease they kept me updated with pics whilst I was away and I returned home with 2 very happy and healthy pups who fitted right back into home life as if they had never been away. Awesome service and love love love that I have the ability now to plan going away without worrying about the rest of my family.``

``My little Maltese x Shih Tzu Bonnie has been boarding with Mid Town Pet Centre for about 5 years now. We had taken her other places prior to being recommended to Mid Town and cannot be more pleased now when we have to leave her. I am so happy with this family run, but very professional pet resort that I would happily recommend them to anybody with a small dog like mine. As Bonnie is small and spoilt inside dog, she is anxious around other dogs, so I feel very comfortable with the fact that she can have her own boarding space! I like the fact that they are consistent with checking dietary requirements and making sure that each dog is up to date with vaccinations, and giving them some play and walk time too. I miss her so much when I am away but every time I return she comes back clean, stress free and exhausted from having a great time! :)``

``What can I say about Sam and Brian - hmm - simply the best!! We left our 14 month old Shitzu-Maltese with them for 11 days (he's our little man) he was shown around the place and had a lovely comfortable (and heated) room, he was allowed to bring toys and Mum's clothing which was lovely. During our holiday they continually sent us pics of him thru Facebook which sort of stopped Sue pining for him... The grounds are magnificent and the rooms are pristine If we ever get another holiday Midtown Pet Centre will be our first automatic choice - we know he will be cared for there and this is very comforting (for us).``

They are genuine animal lovers. She got walked every day and looked healthy and happy after our return from overseas of one month. Cholo always returns her happy and bouncy self. she is regularly taken for walks at home and we are glad that she gets to run around often when she stays at Mid Town. ``I have been using the Mid Town Pet Centre for almost 17 years. With my first dog Jack, a Jack Russell rescued from RSPCA. He was a nasty little dog to everyone except me, and I was amazed when the first time I used Brian to look after him, Brian just simply picked him up and it was just fine. Normally if anyone had touched Jack or tried to pick him up he would have bitten their face off. We now have Betty a rescue dog from AWL, she is a miniature poodle who is just a delight, and loves visiting with Brian and team at Mid Town Pet Centre. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mid Town Pet Centre to take the best care of their little dog or cat. Thanks Brian for looking after my babies for all these years.``

``We have been leaving our Jack Russell – “Jack” – with Brian and Sam for the past four years. On each occasion he has been lovingly cared for with excellent nutrition,grooming and exercise. Recently we also boarded our son’s foxie – “Molly” with “Jack” at Midtown – same result - both Jack and Molly had a great time and were fit as fiddles upon our return after our two week holiday.``
